Why I Love Natural Tapioca Foods
Tapioca is my favorite food. I work for a Derby catering company and love to import this wonderful food. Tapioca is found everywhere in my Indian family’s home state, and can be planted any place on their land. It needs less concern than other agricultural activities, so it’s really easy to grow. The root of tapioca is used for food making and these roots grow big in size. Baked tapioca is the most famous dish in Kerala, and to bake tapioca, you need to firstly remove the outer skin and cut the big roots in to small pieces. These pieces are baked in water, and it’s necessary to remove this water after the baking period. This tapioca pieces are so tasty to eat with red chilly paste or green chilly paste. Another tapioca food is made with coconut, green chilly, a little turmeric and salt. First of all These ingredients are pasted and tapioca is cut in to tiny pieces and boiled in the water. After it is properly baked, you can remove the excess water and mix the pasted ingredients and stir well. After five minutes we can consume with pickles or fish curry or chicken curry. Tapioca chips are also very delicious.
